Invitations for the Governor and/or the Governor's Spouse

If you wish to invite the Governor or Mrs Underwood to a function, write a formal letter, providing the following information:

• if the invitation is for the Governor, Mrs Underwood or both
• details of your organisation and the function in question
• what you would like the Governor and or Mrs Underwood to do at the function
• a list dignitaries who have been or will be invited as well as a description and anticipated number of other expected guests

Your letter should, for preference, be signed by an office bearer of your organisaiton and addressed to:
