In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, received Mr Michael Field, Chancellor, and Professor Rufus Black, Vice-Chancellor, of the University of Tasmania.

Later, the Governor received Ms Rosie Martin, Chief Executive Officer of Chatter Matters Tasmania, Ms Amelia Jones, Chair of Square Pegs Dyslexia Support and Advocacy, together with Professor Rufus Black, Patron of Square Pegs Dyslexia Support and Advocacy.


In the evening at the Henry Jones Art Hotel, the Governor and Mr Warner attended a reception to mark the 70th anniversary of Relationships Australia, Tasmania.
