Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla

Her Excellency the Honourable Barbara Baker AC, Governor of Tasmania, representing Tasmania has attended the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, and associated events.

On the evening of Thursday 4 May Her Excellency and Professor Chalmers joined guests at a dinner hosted by Australian Agents-General in London.

On Friday morning Her Excellency and Professor Chalmers joined guests at a breakfast hosted by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Alderman Nicholas Lyons and Mrs Felicity Lyons.

Later on Friday, Her Excellency and Professor Chalmers joined guests at an Australian Governors’ Luncheon in the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, hosted by the Rt Hon Anne-Marie Trevelyan, Minister of State for the Indo-Pacific.

On Friday evening Her Excellency attended the Coronation Reception at Buckingham Palace, at the invitation of the Master of the Household, with the Prime Minister the Rt Hon Rishi Sunak and the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs the Rt Hon James Cleverly in attendance.

On Saturday 6 May Her Excellency attended the Coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla, at the invitation of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office from the Earl Marshal by Command of the King.

On the evening of Sunday 7 May Her Excellency and Professor Chalmers attended the Windsor Castle Coronation Concert.
