In this spirit, she was pleased to attend the opening of the 2025 Hadley's Art Prize in Hobart.

The Governor enjoyed meeting Prize finalists and viewing their works which celebrate the Australian landscape.

She also congratulated the winner, Sophie Cape, who was awarded the $100,000 acquisitive Prize for her work ‘Thunder Shifts the Shivering Sands’.
