In the afternoon at Constitution Dock, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, accompanied by Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers, delivered an address and officiated at the unveiling of a plaque to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the sinking of the ship, MV Blythe Star.
