In the morning in Hobart, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, accompanied by Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers, delivered an address to officially open the 41st Meeting of the Commission for the Conservation of Antarctic Marine Living Resources (CCAMLR).
