Council on the Ageing (COTA) Tasmania

In the morning at Government House, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers hosted a morning tea for the Council on the Ageing (COTA) Tasmania to mark Seniors Week 2025.

The Governor was delighted to kick off Seniors Week at Government House with a morning tea and tour of the Estate gardens for COTA Tasmania and supporters.

She congratulated COTA Tasmania on its initiatives and its commitment to building an age-friendly Tasmania and wished everyone a happy Seniors Week.
