In the morning at the Hobart Cenotaph, the Governor, accompanied by Professor Chalmers, led the wreath laying ceremony to mark the 85th National Commemoration of the Battle of Britain.

In the evening at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre, the Governor, accompanied by Professor Chalmers, presented awards at the 2025 Hockey Tasmania Southern Hockey League Presentation Night.
