Municipality of Brighton

In the morning, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers commenced an official visit to the municipality of Brighton, meeting with representatives of community groups at morning tea at the Brighton Civic Centre, followed by visits to the Botanical Institute, Jordan River Community Workshed, Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, and the Brighton Regional Sports Pavilion, prior to attending a Civic Reception hosted by the Brighton Council at the Brighton Regional Sports Pavilion.
