In the afternoon at Dorset Community House, Scottsdale, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers visited and met with local residents, Dorset Council staff, and emergency services first responders and volunteers who were impacted by the severe weather events which occurred in September 2024.
