In the morning at Rosetta Primary School, the Lieutenant Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Alan Blow, delivered an address at a ceremonial tree planting to officially launch the Friendship Grove and commemorate the Platinum Jubilee of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
