On Sunday afternoon at The Farrall Centre, North Hobart, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Professor Chalmers attended a performance of Overtures & Encores by the Tasmanian Youth Orchestra and TYO Chamber Orchestra.
