Tasmania JackJumpers

In the evening at the Henry Jones IXL Atrium, the Governor and Professor Chalmers attended the 2025 Season Launch and Jersey Presentation hosted by the Tasmania JackJumpers.

The Governor serves as Patron of several Tasmanian sporting teams and organisations, including the Tasmania JackJumpers, and enjoys celebrating their achievements and important occasions.

As the team’s inaugural Patron, the Governor wished players well for the upcoming season and said she looked forward to attending some of their home games at MyState Bank Arena.
