In the morning at Sandy Bay, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, accompanied by Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers, delivered an address to open the Waimea Heights Young ICT Explorers (YICTE) Expo, which was then followed by a tour of the school.
