The Governor and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers received the Consul-General of France in Melbourne, Mrs Paule Ignatio, the Administrator of the French Southern and Antarctic Lands, Mrs Florence Jeanblanc-Risler, together with the Honorary Consul for France in Tasmania, Mr David Shelley.
