In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, appointed and swore to office the Honourable Jeremy Rockliff as Minister for State Development, Trade and the Antarctic; and Minister for Tourism and Hospitality; the Honourable Guy Barnett as Minister for Health; the Honourable Felix Ellis as Minister for Racing; the Honourable Madeleine Ogilvie as Minister for Women and the Prevention of Family Violence; the Honourable Jo Palmer as Minister for Community Services and Development; and the Honourable Nic Street as Minister for Stadia and Events; and Minister for Housing and Construction.
