Her Excellency the Governor donated more than 200 portions of food to the Hobart City Mission.

Individual portions consisting of apple and sultana crumble, spiced apple and marmalade muffins, pumpkin arancini, cheese scones and roast pumpkin soup were prepared by the Executive Chef, Ainstie Wagner, and the Government House kitchen team utilising excess produce from the Government House Estate.

Morning

In the morning, the Ambassador of Sweden, His Excellency Mr Henrik Cederin, and Mrs Alexandra Cederin departed Government House.

Later, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, received Ms Bernadette Black, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of the Brave Foundation.

Afternoon

In the afternoon in Hobart, the Governor attended a luncheon with members of the Athenaeum Club.
