In the morning at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, accompanied by Mr Warner, delivered an address at a breakfast hosted by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Tasmania State Office, to mark International Women’s Day.
