Morning

In the morning at the Executive Building, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, appointed and swore to office the Honourable Sarah Courtney as Minister for Tourism, Hospitality and Events; and the Honourable Roger Jaensch as Minister for Climate Change.

Later, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Afternoon

In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor received Mr Malcolm White, Chair of the Board of the Royal Flying Doctor Service Tasmania.
