In the morning at the Hotel Grand Chancellor, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, accompanied by Mr Warner, delivered an address at the opening of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) Congress 2021.
