In the afternoon at Government House, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, received the President and Clerk of the Legislative Council and the Speaker and Clerk of the House of Assembly who presented a Joint Resolution from both Houses of Parliament to His Majesty The King, together with a copy of Speeches from the Parliament of Tasmania on the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles III.
