In the afternoon at Penguin, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, accompanied by Mr Warner, delivered an address to officially open the 2021 Relay for Life North West on behalf of the Cancer Council Tasmania.

Evening

In the evening at Rosebery, the Governor and Mr Warner attended a gala dinner to mark the 85th anniversary of the MMG Rosebery Mine.
