In the evening at Government House, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers hosted a reception to mark the 20th anniversary of the awarding by the University of Tasmania of the Tim Hawkins Memorial Scholarship.
