In the morning at the Mary Hutchinson Women’s Prison, Risdon, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, presented graduation certificates to participants completing the Connect42 ‘Just Time’ program.

In the evening at Government House, the Governor and Mr Warner hosted a reception for delegates attending the joint Conference of Tasmanian Magistrates and the Association of Australian Magistrates.
