Municipality of Flinders

In the morning at Whitemark, the Governor of Tasmania, the Honourable Barbara Baker, and Emeritus Professor Don Chalmers commenced an official visit to the municipality of Flinders which included visits to the Furneaux Museum, Flinders Island Community Shed, Flinders Island District High School, Flinders Island RSL, Furneaux Early Learning Service, Flinders Island Aboriginal Association Inc, Flinders Island Business Inc and Unavale Vineyard, prior to attend a Civic Reception hosted by the Mayor of Flinders at the Flinders Arts and Entertainment Centre.
