In the morning at the Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania, Sandy Bay, the Governor of Tasmania, Professor the Honourable Kate Warner, accompanied by Mr Warner, delivered an address as guest speaker at a meeting of the Hobart Macquarie Probus Club.
