Friends of Soldiers Memorial Avenue

As Patron of the Friends of Soldiers Memorial Avenue (FOSMA), the Governor was saddened to hear the news that plaques honouring World War I servicemen had been stolen and damaged last month.

The Governor and Professor Chalmers, accompanied by Oskar and Nala, joined FOSMA President John Wadsley on the Queen’s Domain in Hobart to tour the Avenue and hear more about the pathway towards reinstalling the plaques.
